Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, our return policy differs from standard retail policies. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All furniture created by Ligamentregendyn is custom-made to your specifications, including dimensions, materials, finishes, and design elements. Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom furniture orders are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has begun.
Before we begin crafting your furniture, we provide detailed designs, specifications, and material samples for your approval. This approval process is designed to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. Once you approve the design and we begin production, changes cannot be made and the order cannot be cancelled.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your custom furniture arrives with defects in materials or workmanship, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
It is essential that you thoroughly inspect your furniture upon delivery. Our delivery team will assist you in examining the piece for any visible damage or defects. Please note any concerns on the delivery receipt before the delivery team leaves.

We will arrange for repair or replacement of damaged items at no cost to you.
To report a quality issue or defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
If we determine that your furniture has a qualifying defect, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
For minor defects, we may arrange to repair the furniture at your location or in our workshop. All repair costs, including transportation, will be covered by us.
For significant defects that cannot be adequately repaired, we will create a replacement piece at no additional cost. The defective item must be returned to us.
In rare cases where repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a full or partial refund. The furniture must be returned to us in its current condition.
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
You may cancel your order at any time before approving the final design. A full refund of any deposit paid will be issued, minus any design fees if applicable.
If you cancel after approving the design but before we begin production, you will receive a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee to cover design time and administrative costs.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. You will be responsible for the full purchase price.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned furniture. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For approved returns due to defects or our error, we will arrange and pay for return shipping. For all other returns (if approved), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Furniture that has been modified, altered, or refinished by anyone other than Ligamentregendyn is not eligible for return or warranty coverage.
Proper care and maintenance are essential to preserve the beauty and functionality of your custom furniture. Damage resulting from improper care, neglect, or misuse is not covered under this return policy. We provide detailed care instructions with every piece.
This return policy does not cover:
Furniture made with special-order materials, discontinued fabrics, or rare woods may have additional restrictions. These will be clearly communicated during the design approval process.
For upholstered pieces, fabric and leather selections are final once approved. We provide samples for your review before production. Color variations between samples and the final product may occur due to dye lot differences and are not grounds for return.
Custom built-in furniture and pieces that require professional installation are not eligible for return once installed. Any issues must be addressed through repair or on-site modification.

In addition to this return policy, all Ligamentregendyn furniture comes with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to your warranty documentation for complete details.
This return policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under state or federal law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy. The policy in effect at the time of your order will govern that transaction.
